# Kindle bị trắng màn hình (Blank screen)

Dạo này trên group có nhiều bác dùng Kindle gặp phải tình trạng này. Em xin chia sẻ một vài cách xử lý như sau:

* **CÁCH 1:**

1. Kết nối Kindle với máy tính của bạn thông qua cáp USB.
2. Mở trình duyệt tệp, nhấp vào PC này và mở ổ Kindle.
3. Tạo một tệp tài liệu mới trong thư mục chính của Kindle có tên DO\_FACTORY\_RESTORE bằng cách nhấp chuột phải và chọn Mới > Tài liệu văn bản (New > Text Document).
4. Nhấp vào Start (biểu tượng Windows).
5. Nhập File Explorer trong Thanh tìm kiếm (Search Bar) và ấn chọn.
6. Nhấp vào View tab và bỏ chọn Ẩn tiện ích mở rộng cho các tệp đã biết (Hide extensions for known files) trong phần Cài đặt nâng cao (Advance Settings).
7. Nhấp vào Apply> OK.
8. Quay trở lại thư mục chính của Kindle và xóa phần mở rộng .txt khỏi tệp DO\_FACTORY\_RESTORE.
9. Đóng cửa sổ Kindle.
10. Ngắt kết nối giữa máy tính và kindle (Eject) thiết bị ra một cách an toàn. Nhấp chuột phải vào biểu tượng Kindle và nhấp vào Safely Remove Hardware, nhấp vào và chọn Kindle.
11. Rút dây cắm của Kindle và khởi động lại thiết bị bằng cách giữ nút Nguồn trong 40 giây.

* **CÁCH 2:**

1. Vào *"Manage Your Content and Devices"* và đăng nhập bằng tài khoản Amazon của bạn.
2. Nhấp vào Devices.
3. Chọn *"Impacted Device"* và nhấp vào *Deregister*.
4. Khởi động lại máy bằng cách nhấn giữ nút nguồn liên tục trong vòng 40s.
